Industrial designs - IP legislations
Legal protection for industrial designs in Poland are regulated by the Industrial Property Law of 30 June 2000 (as last amended by Law of 23 January 2004, and Law of June 29, 2007) and the Ordinance of the President of the Council of Ministers of 17 September 2001.
Industrial design rights are territorial. This means that these rights are limited to the country (or region) where protection is granted. For more information, please visit WIPO Lex.
